Here at All Regional, we care for your area rugs. We want to do our best to take care of any area rug that you bring to us, whether it be a $25,000 rug from China, or a rug that was bought for $20 at Walmart. We do everything we can do in order to make sure your area rug is protected as well as taken care of, but we especially clean it well!
Just for the safety of your rug, we go ahead and pre-test every rug that comes through our show. Now, pre-test means that we spray a solution on an area of your rug where the light color meets a darker color. After the solution has been put down we agitate it into the fibers of the carpet.
We then wait for it to dry to make sure that the colors in your carpet fibers don’t bleed. Some area rugs that are more expensive have colors and dyes in the carpet that cannot handle being soaked or wet in any form or fashion, we are trying to avoid ruining your carpet by testing the fibers of the carpet ahead of time.
After the test, though we are knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of area rug cleaning, we will use high moisture method of cleaning. We recommend this full service cleaning because the cleaning you receive here is of a higher quality that any other. We shampoo and bathe your carpet in a solution that helps fight the problem areas of your rug.
After it has set for a few minutes, we begin to brush out and rinse out some of the loose soil that is now ready to come out of your carpet. After this we will wand clean it with a portable machine and do further extracting of moisture as well as the soil in your rug. The last process is the drying process. We do everything to ensure that your rug is the cleanest it can be. Nobody cleans rugs like we do here at All Regional!
